Berkshire Equine has a complaints procedure. In the first instance the complainant should be put in touch with the Managing Partner. If it is not possible to resolve the matter at that time, the complaint should be made in writing to the Managing Partner who will address the complaint personally or arrange for another senior partner to address the complaint.
